Base bid includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within forty-five (45) Calendar days: Overlay of existing parking lot providing ADA complaint parking stalls.Demolition of existing concrete ramp and sidewalk and construction of ADA path of travel from parking area to the front entrance. Landscaping. Handrails Replace Library public entrance doors with new doors including auto door operator hardware. Site drainage. Parking, path of travel and building signage. Additive Bid #1 includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within sixty (60) Calendar days: Hazardous materials abatement within the Library building per ESS Environmental Scope of Work. Remodel public restrooms and staff work area including breakroom and Directors office per HGA plans and specifications. Install drywall, tape, texture and paint to cover exposed HVAC ducting in main Library area. Additive Bid #2 includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within thirty (30) Calendar days: Demolition with requirements of new work in main Library area. Install new ADA compliant casework with new electrical and communication ports. Install new lighting. Install new electrical and communication ports to County supplied public computer workstations. Installation of new flooring in main Library area. Q&A due by 07/22/21 at 01:30PM. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
