Description
The Hillsborough County Capital Program Department requires a qualified Contractor for construction of Phase 1 of a new sports complex which accommodates four (4) multipurpose fields located in southern Hillsborough County. Work includes associated site improvements such as access drives, parking, storm drainage, sidewalks, sports/site lighting and all necessary utilities. Bid Document includes several additive alternates such as two (2) of the four (4) multipurpose fields, concession building, shelters, storage, and playground.
