Description
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary (but not limited): to provide Construction of a new 8,600 square feet pre-engineered metal building including all associated sitework, site improvements and site utilities; also Construction of a new parking area, access gate and new road connecting to an existing park road in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within four hundred twenty (420) calendar days. HSP is required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
