CMAR Services for Reno & Repair: Crystal Lakes & Poinciana ES Palm Beach Co, FL

The construction manager shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP including all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The construction manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the OWNER. The construction manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovations, repairs, and improvements to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, building envelope repairs, compliance requirements, fire and life safety improvements, HVAC systems, intercom and sound systems, interior repairs/improvements, lighting, parking lot/site improvements, playfield and exterior repairs/improvements, plumbing and bathroom improvements, and roof replacement/repairs, and other Work as may be required by the owner. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 6A-2 and Florida Building Code. The construction manager shall prepare all Project Documents in accordance with the requirements stated in Department of Education’s Chapter 6A-2, SREF and FAC.
