Description
HCPS is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide water intrusion repair including, but no limited to, new installations, repairs, service, and maintenance. The work to be done under this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the troubleshooting and repair of building interior and/or exterior projects as needed in accordance with the specifications contained herein. All service work for HCPS, materials, and products utilized in the installation, maintenance, extension and/or alteration of all facilities, within or adjacent to any HCPS structure shall comply with all current Florida Building Codes.
