Description
Remove all low-slope roof systems to the deck substrate and dispose of per local requirements at Buildings #1001, #1002, #1003, and #1015 including all associated metal accessories (flashings, termination bars, drip edges, metal parapet cap, etc.). Inspect deck substrate and make repairs where required following all local building codes and accepted practices. Install new approved modified bituminous roof system following all manufacturer recommendations and specifications. Install new metal parapet cap, finish to match existing. This project will be completed within 12 weeks from the time of construction start date. Contractors shall note that the work must be completed and a Certificate of Final Completion issued within 14 weeks from the construction start date. Deadline for questions is June 1, 2021 by 10:00am. Bonds
