750 Miller Drive Renovation, Leesburg, VA

The County of Loudoun, Virginia seeks to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to build-out the interior center section of an existing building located at 750 Miller Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 20177. The scope of work consists of renovating approximately 21,700 Square Feet (SF) and a mezzanine area that is approximately 2,400 SF. Demolition consists of slab cutting and below utility work and demolition of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. New construction consists of new gypsum board and cold formed steel framing, wood doors in steel frames, ceramic tile flooring, vinyl tile flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, stairs and stairwells, and elevator (provided by the county) and elevator shaft, plumbing piping and natural gas piping, plumbing fixtures including sinks; toilets and janitors closet, modifications to and existing wet-pipe fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system, mechanical equipment including rooftop units; ductwork and terminal boxes, new LED interior and exterior lighting, power infrastructure and communication infrastructure.
