Description
Construction of new freestanding facility of administration offices, ground maintenance garage and workshop and associated support spaces. Work includes base bid and alternate scope. Base work includes but is not limited to site clearing, new foundation, steel superstructure, full exterior enclosure, windows, doors, mechanical, plumbing, septic system, electrical and fire alarm. Alternate work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing building and site and new building scope. Sub-bids will be received until June 9, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Waterproofing, Damp Proofing & Caulking, Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Bidder must agree to commence work on a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and to substantially complete all work by March 1, 2022, with the understanding that Work on this project will not commence on site until July 1, 2021.
