Description
The County of San Diego, Department of Public Works, has a requirement for excavation services at Spring Valley Service Area in accordance with the terms & conditions contained in the attached Request for Quotation. The project consists of excavating 12 feet by 12 feet box around maintenance hole SVMH3648 at approximately 15 feet depth to locate
existing Otay Water District 42-inch water pipe and existing 27-inch sewer pipe. In addition, there are existing asphalt concreate debris
and unsuitable material within the excavation area which shall be removed and exported out of the job site and suitable material shall
be imported for backfill.
