Description
The City of New Port Richey, Florida is seeking competitive bids from licensed contractors to provide all construction items. This will include development of a 1.18-acre site to include but not limited to paving, concrete curbs, stormwater system, landscaping, sidewalks, site lighting and utilities associated with building. Work includes construction of a new Fire Station Building: Total 7,876 S.F.: Includes, but not limited to, masonry walls, open web steel joists, standing seam metal roofs, single-ply low-slope roofs, exterior doors, aluminum windows, wood doors, tile, carpeted floors, toilet rooms, offices, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical services as shown on the project drawings. Bid Security 5%. Insurance Required.
