The City seeks a design build team to design and construct an Aquatics Center Building at the Burns Road Community Center. The City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for the design and construction (design build) of an Aquatics Center Building at the Burns Road
Community Center, 4404 Burns Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The City intends to award a contract that will incorporate all preliminary planning, design, architectural drawings, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction work requirements of the project, until the entire project has been completed, and has been inspected and accepted by the City.
