Description

The scope of work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Renovation of Lower Level including Exercise room, locker rooms, common areas and lounge. 2. Renovation of Second Floor including Break Room, Market C, and common areas. 3. Renovation of Seventh Floor including Open Office, Showcase area, offices, and common areas. 4. Unit price and Alternates as described in the Contract Documents. The work at the floors described above includes: a. Selective demolition of existing walls and systems. b. Addition of new gypsum wall systems, all glass systems, and movable partitions. c. Replacement of existing wall, floor, and ceiling finishes. d. Modification, replacement or addition of associated MEP/T systems. e. Casework, Furniture and Fixed Equipment. f. Structural modifications at the Lower Level and Seventh Floor.
