District 56 Community Center Fencing-Seatwall Band Repairs and Skate Stops Project, Elk Grove, CA

The proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: installation of fencing and gates for secure event space at two onsite locations at the City owned District56 Community Center, 8230 Civic Center Drive, Elk Grove, CA 95757. The Work shall consist of but not be limited to the following: fabrication and installation of fencing at two locations along the Avenue at District56 with pedestrian access gates (south side of the Community Center), and along Civic Center Drive at the terrace and landscape areas (north side of the Community Center). The fence along Civic Center Drive (north side of the Community Center) includes electrical outlets (Add Alternate A) and two new card readers for access control management as add alternates (Add Alternate B). The Work along the Avenue at the seat walls shall include skate stops and band repairs. The skate stops and bands shall be fabricated pursuant to these Project Specifications and Appendix A. Community Center Seat Wall Repairs and Skate Stops. The Project will result in two separate fenced areas with pedestrian access gates for event space and the addition of skate stops and band repairs at the seawalls at the District56 Community Center and potentially, if awarded, will include electrical outlets (Add Alternate A) and two new card readers for access control management (Add Alternate B) at the Civic Center Drive at the terrace and landscape area (north side of the Community Center) (Work).
