Description
Mission College Science Building Chiller Replacement.* Provide site safety plan before scheduled removal of the existing chiller unit, Provide detailed sketch of crane location and turn radius, Contractor to document current existing work conditions via photos before conducting any scheduled work. Contractor will also follow up with documentation of work completed., New equipment must match or meet existing conditions. Contractor to refer to the bid documents to the sheet titled " Reference Only" for questions concerning the existing unit's placement and specs. Contractor takes responsibility of ordering and storing the new chiller unit.Q&A due by 06/17/21 at Noon. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. project duration is 18 weeks.
