Description
The Design Build firm shall be responsible for confirming the provided site and property surveys, underground utility locations (as applicable), documentation of existing conditions in accordance with the City of Miami’s Department of Resilience & Public Works City of Miami requirements (as applicable), construction inspections conducted by the City of Miami’s Office of Capital Improvements, construction document preparation and subsequent approvals, and construction inspections on or before the project completion date indicated in the Technical Proposal.
