Fire Station Hardening, Melbourne, FL

The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing Fire Station Hardening. All work is to be done in accordance to the plans and specifications of Project No. 10519. Please note that this is a FEMA reimbursable project. All requirements under 2 CFR 200 apply and will be incorporated under the contract. Refer to Division “H.” The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. The Contractor will be required to provide a list of Subcontractors and the value of each Subcontractor’s portion of the work. The successful bidder must be able to show a past history of successfully completed Commercial, Government or Industrial Installation of Bay Doors 12’x12’ or larger , Impact Resistant Windows, Intake/Exhaust Louvers installations in which all products mentioned meet required impact ratings as provided in the invitation to bid and Florida building code.
