Description
The Work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, site clearing, site demolition, excavation, grading, sewer siphon construction, electrical duct bank relocation, other utility relocations and removals, pile installation, box culvert design and construction, cast-in-place retaining wall construction, roadway construction, concrete and decomposed granite flatwork, planting of native trees and vegetation, lawn sodding and seeding, irrigation, sports field construction, park amenities installation, traffic control, groundwater control, in-water work, all other work shown, and all incidental work. Bids are required for the entire Work. Project duration is 545 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
