Description
The project involves the total removal and replacement of existing roof system down to existing wood deck to remain. Repair of existing wood deck. Removal and replacement of all existing downspouts. Repair of existing cornice/gutter. Provide new asphalt shingle roof in general, and EPDM membrane over existing built-up cornice/gutter. Existing damaged portion of the cornice to be restored as part of this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
