Scotts Valley Public Library Seismic Upgrades & Other Renovations, Scotts Valley, CA

In general, the work to be done under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: Interior upgrades to the Scotts Valley Public Library tenant space as shown in the Scotts Valley Library Upgrades drawings and specifications including but not limited to: new paint and carpet throughout, new service desk, electrical and data as noted on drawings, new and upgraded light fixtures, enclosure of Fireside Room, new storefront doors at entrance, door revision, relocation of toilet accessories, new restroom fixtures as noted, acoustical panels, HVAC upgrades as needed, fire sprinkler upgrades as needed. Exterior upgrades to the Scotts Valley Library building as shown in the Scotts Valley Library Upgrades drawings and specifications including but not limited to: paint as noted, replace exterior light fixtures, striping as noted, landscaping and irrigation, exterior façade improvements. Seismic upgrades to the Scotts Valley Library building as shown in the Scotts Valley Library Seismic Upgrades drawings including but not limited to: improving existing wall to roof connections, constructing new wall to roof connections, and providing sealant at all exterior wall penetrations.
