Description
Demolish and dispose of existing J01 front entrance landing and stairs, installation of a new concrete landing pad, International Building Code (IBC) compliant stairs and new walkways. The J01 building is located within the IID Headquarters Yard at 333 East Barioni Blvd., Imperial, CA 92251. Demolition and disposal of existing structure. Framing, pouring and finish work for new concrete pad and IBC compliant stairs. Installation of new walkways. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 06/15/21 at 5PM.
