The Work specified in the “Scope of Services” generally The City of Cocoa Water Field Operations Division (WFO), representing the City of Cocoa Utilities Department, is soliciting proposals for cross connection control (CCC) technical services as part of an on-going CCC Program. The CCC Program requires periodic inspections, surveys, testing and documentation of backflow prevention assemblies and devices to help eliminate and control actual or potential cross connections. The Program provides for the installation, maintenance, and operation of cross connection control devices that will systematically and effectively prevent the contamination of the potable water distribution system. Your response is considered a binding offer to perform in the manner described in the bid response and shall remain a firm offer for a period of ninety-day (90) days from public opening.
