Description
The Maryland Department of the Environment Abandoned Mine Land Division (MDE) through the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Request for Proposals in order to procure a contractor to design and construct a dewatering system to safely and effectively dewater a flooded abandoned deep mine near Westernport, MD. This is a design build project.The Contractor shall also design a mine entry wet seal and then after the mine is dewatered, construct the mine entry wet seal to further prevent future mine pool development. Q&A due by 4pm, 5/25/21. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
