Description
The purpose of this Invitation For Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids whereby a contract may be established with one qualified firm for furnishing comprehensive Janitorial Services for both VSP Area Office 21 and Division 3 Appomattox Office. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, incidentals, and anything else required to clean both locations, except for the following items which are provided by VSP: rolled paper towels, tri-fold paper towels, plastic trash can liners, toilet tissue and hand soap. VSP will not furnish any equipment or cleaning supplies. Contract period: From award through 12 months (renewable: four (4) 12-month renewal options). Q&A due 5 days prior to bid. SBE documentation required.
