Description
Project will include the demolition and abatement of 12 existing structures on the north side of the CI’s compound and construction of a new 550-bed mental health treatment facility, a new Vehicular Sallyport with reconfigured perimeter fence and a new stand-alone Central Energy Plant(CEP). Certified Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process. Only bidders meeting prequalification criteria will be allowed to participate in the bidding phase of this project.
