Description
Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to remove the existing air handlers & cooling towers and replace them with new air handlers & condensing units per the contract documents. Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Certified Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
