Description
General Scope of Work: Replace existing roofs on Fitness Center and Buildings A, B, & C, remove and reinstall PV array on Building C, install new primary and overflow roof drains on buildings A, B, & C, & repair envelope waterproofing at buildings A, B, & C in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within 344 calendar days. Questions are due by June 18th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP Required.
