Description
Work consists of all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the following: the fire department plans on constructing a 7,000 GSF pre-engineered metal building for department equipment and apparatus. The building has four, drive-thru bays. One bay will include a truck lift for maintenance. The building also will have a small parts and hand equipment storage area with a mezzanine. The building will be constructed as an addition to Engine Company #26. Deadline for questions is June 15, 2021 by 10:00am. Prequalification with DAS is required for bids over $500,000. Bonds
