Description
The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as work including replacement of all roof top air cooled chillers (in kind) at Gresham Main Building, and Gresham and Rogers Annex Building. Repair/refurbishment of all (3) split system air handling units at Rogers Main Building. Anticipated construction period is on or about July 5, 2021 with a final completion of August 20, 2021. Q&A due by 5pm, 5/31/21. SWaM GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
