Description
Vendor shall be required to provide the necessary man hours of labor, per month, to provide the preventive maintenance program, as specified in this IFB. At a minimum, the maintenance shall consist of an all- inclusive service including, but not limited to, elevator inspections, routine cleaning, examinations, lubrication, testing, adjusting, and all major and minor repairs of equipment at the Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. Vendor shall provide tuning and adjusting of control systems and other maintenance such as hatch cleaning, safety tests, governor tests, etc. to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition at all times. In addition, vendors must check in at the Engineering office and be escorted to the job area.
