Maintenance Station Phase 1, Coos County, OR

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for site development and infrastructure for a new ODOT maintenance facility. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of a green field site, clearing and grubbing, building a new access road from Highway 101 to the building site, earthwork, culvert installation, retaining wall construction/installation, and construction of generator, pump house, and radio support buildings. The site work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of utilities, including electrical, low-voltage, domestic water, storm water, septic system, and fire suppression infrastructure for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under the resulting Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
