Description
The project consists of the following: Remove and replace old coping material. Remove and dispose of old roofing 3' in from perimeter. Walls and outside 3' of roofing to be removed\abated by others. Remove and replace rotted 2x6 tongue and groove wood decking, per Engineer's direction. Install 2 layers of 2.6" poly ISO (R30) w/ 1/2" HD Board. Replace all roof drains. Install new 60 mil TPO membrane roof system. Install walkway adhesives to match existing paths. The works include all materials, labor, and other requirements. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
