UNLV Campus Resource Center Renovation, Las Vegas, NV

CRC is a 2 story (25,000 sf) building with the first level being approximately 14,000 sf comprised primarily of offices, meeting spaces, storage rooms and an auditorium. The second level is approximately 11,000 sf and also consists of offices and meeting rooms. An underground basement exists but will not be part of the project scope. Renovation of the building is limited to interior improvements that include extensive finish upgrades (paint, carpet, flooring), data upgrades to meet UNLV OIT Standards, modification/addition to existing electrical power and reconfiguration of existing interior spaces. The building is currently partially fire sprinklered and will need to comply with NAC 477 for state-owned and state-occupied buildings. Construction to include architectural, electrical/low voltage, fire sprinkler/alarm and mechanical work. Additive Alternates; 1. Roof Re-Coating, 2. First Level Sewer Relining (trenchless pipe restoration). Bonds required and prevailing wages.
