Description
This project consists of the rehabilitation of Pump Station M and site utility exploratory work near the Force Main M pipeline at the San Leandro Channel Crossing as indicated in the drawings and per specifications. Work generally includes selected demolition of existing facility structures and equipment; modifications to the below-grade concrete structure; rehabilitation of concrete wall surfaces and coating; replacement of wooden building walls and roof; addition of a lavatory; replacement of wastewater pumps and piping, valves, pump controls equipment, electrical equipment, cathodic protection, odor control, backup generator, and HVAC system; installation and operations of temporary wastewater pumps and odor control equipment during pump station bypass. Work also includes improvements to City of Alameda sidewalks, crosswalks, traffic signal and electrical utility. Coordination with the City for permits and acceptance of this work will be required. Bonds, Prevailing Wages. 793 calendar days duration.
