Description
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to; the furnishment and installation of a prefabricated restroom building as shown in the plans and specifications. The installation includes all demolition, grading, and site prep work required to install the building an connect the utilities as stated in the plans and specifications. The scope of work also includes ADA upgrades to the existing parking lot that will bring the ADA parking stalls and pedestrian sidewalks up to current ADA code. Project duration is 50 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
