The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR21B0007 Facility 33 (20033) Phase 2 Renovation at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in OH. The project is an interior renovation. This is the second phase of staged renovation to upgrade the building to repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, mechanical, electrical, & plumbing (MEP) systems, and reconfigure and renovate the interior of approximately 38,700 SF of lab and administrative space in a three story building. Work includes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair, architectural demolition and interior repairs, fire protection modernization, and hazardous material abatement. Option 1 involves selective COMM work including replacement of existing communications cabling, data outlets, equipment racks, patch panels, and other associated work.
