Description
The County of Yolo is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction bids for the General Services Department regarding the Yolo County Library Project per specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The project will also include, but is not limited to utilities, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating,
ventilation and air conditioning, communications, fencing, onsite septic system, and fire protection systems, in addition to landscaping and pavement for parking, building access, and outdoor functions. The project is to be staged and constructed in such a way as to allow the continued operation of the existing onsite modular library building for as long as possible to limit the downtime of community library services. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
