Alma Cultural Landscape Rehabilitation, Los Gatos, CA

The purpose of Alma Cultural Landscape Rehabilitation Project is to provide construction services for the rehabilitation of the cultural landscape and associated structures at the Alma site within Bear Creek Redwoods (BCR) Open Space Preserve. The project will allow public access onto the historic site for the first time with accessible trails, restored landscapes, stabilized structures, and interpretive features. The scope of work shall include hazardous material abatement, repair and mothballing of buildings, structural stabilization, selective demolition of site features, restoration of site elements including brick walls, tile walkways, wooden railings, construction of paved walkways, construction of a pond overflow weir, and site grading as further detailed and described in the attached.
