Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Work on the Cleveland West Breakwater includes but is not limited to supplying all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to rehabilitate portions of the Cleveland West Breakwater. The project is the repair of a portion of the breakwater to include new sheet pile installed with an additional layer of concrete.
