Description
Vendor must be able to provide skilled, experienced, and prompt service to the Town for a variety of doors installed in various locations in the Town of North Hempstead. Work is to include troubleshooting, repairing, general maintenance and replacements. The contractor must be able to provide emergency repair within four (4) hours of notice and regular maintenance and service must be completed within one week. Contractor shall use the most up-to-date materials being manufactured; no obsolete materials shall be allowed. All parts shall be new and must be equal to or better than the original equipment. Rebuilt parts may be used only with prior approval of the Town. Prevailing wages
