Goodyear Student Restroom Upgrade, Killingly, CT

Removal and disposal of the existing student restroom and construction of a code-compliant student restroom at the Goodyear Early Childhood Center. The contractor is to follow the existing scope of work that has been designed for the restroom. (See attached drawing.) Remove existing door, walls, ceramic floor tile and toilet, build new metal stud drywall partitions with ½” Sheetrock both sides full height to ceiling above, furnish and install FRP (color white) on interior of new restroom to 8’ above finished floor, paint outside of new walls to underside of existing ceiling, paint metal door frame, new birch door to receive a clear finish, new passage set with lever handles to match existing PDQ handles, new lavatory sink, new grab bars, new ADA mirror, new 2x2 suspended ceiling at 8’ AFF, new 2x2 recessed LED light fixture and single pole switch, new ceiling mounted ventilation register connected to existing ventilation system in wall above ceiling, modify existing base cabinet outside of restroom to fit new design, and reinstall salvaged sink and connect to existing waste and supply lines. The project must be completed by August 6, 2021. Deadline for questions is June 22, 2021.
