Description
The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking competitive proposals to provide quarterly maintenance and annual Generator Preventative Maintenance (PM), Visual Inspections and Repairs for generators located on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington. Contractor will perform maintenance and preventative maintenance required by manufacture to provide emergency backup for campus buildings at the University of Texas at Arlington. Campus has 40 emergency generators and may add new building generators as needed as new buildings are build or existing generator is upgraded.
Duration is 1 year with 5 one-year optional renewals. Questions are due by June 10th @ 3:00 PM. HSP required.
