Description
The Town of Mead is seeking qualified consultants to provide architectural design and construction (design build) services for a fishing pier to be located near the Town owned parcel on the east side of Highland Lake at the southwest corner of County Rd 5 and County Rd 36. Construct a 130’ x 8’ ADA fishing pier along the eastern shore of Highland Lake to provide visitors lake access as a permanent user amenity. Two 10’ x 10’ side platforms shall be constructed for small group use, including a 30’ x 30’ platform at the end of the pier. A 15’ x 15 shelter on the main platform is desired as a budget dependent additional option. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the Fall/Winter of 2021 while the Highland Lake is at its lowest point.
Questions are due no later than June 16th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
