Rifle Campus Office Renovations, Rifle, CO

Colorado Mountain College’s Rifle Campus located at 3695 Airport Rd., Rifle, CO 81650 is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to renovate offices for the Student Affairs Suite. • Detail of scope is listed on page A21 (although full drawings and specifications are included, we are only bidding out A21). • All other scope of work, including demolition, will be bid out and managed by CMC separately. Additional contractors include mechanical, electrical, flooring, low voltage, and fire alarm/sprinklers. • CMC will purchase doors and frames, but looking to contractor to assist with installation. • Door hardware provided by CMC. • Contractors will price both material and labor as identified in scope and on bid sheet. Material includes framing, drywall, paint, ceiling grid, ceiling tiles. • CMC will call all inspections. Project will be permitted through Division Fire Prevention & Control. • CMC will provide dumpster on site. Work to begin upon execution of contract, hopefully by last week of June, with completion on or before August 6, 2021. Bonds required. Questions are due no later than 2:00 pm on June 9th.
