Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, labor, supervision, and engineering necessary to design, furnish, install, and modernize two hydraulic passenger elevators defined by Drawings and Specifications. 2. Technical and operational requirements, including building modifications necessary, including but not limited to, replacement of elevator cabs with finishes, modifications or improvements to elevator lobbies, shafts, and equipment rooms (including equipment contained therein). Handicap access to all levels of the building shall be maintained during the construction process. Each bid shall include all required architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecom, security and other work necessary for a complete functional, tested and labeled system. The intent of this Scope is to provide all work required for a complete turnkey installation.
