Description
This project consists of providing all required materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the construction of Entrance Roadway and Stormwater Master Planning ± 139-Acre Lynches River Industrial Park on Dove Sutton Road (S-682) Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The Roadway, and Stormwater Improvements include clearing, grubbing to construct approximately 2,620 Linear Feet (LF) of Two (2) Fifteen (15)-foot Lanes with shoulder and ditch section, storm drainage systems,
and nine (9) detention basins for future development, erosion control measures, and grass disturbed areas. Specific details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. Work is to be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days for the Base Bid
scope of work after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Insurance Required.Bonds
