Description
The project consists of renovations including new basement egress stairs, underground utilities piping, site work improvements and driveway replacement. The project will also include asbestos abatement, roofing, earthwork, asphalt paving, and site/storm water drainage work. It is anticipated that the work will commence in late summer 2021 and be completed by November 19, 2021. MBE goal is 2%, WBE goal is 2%, SDVOB goal is 6%, and EEO goal is 10%.
