Description
The work will consist of the construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank and approximately 1,150 LF of 12-inch water main on the Archer Lodge Middle School site in Archer Lodge, Johnston County, NC. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and will be substantially complete the same within Three Hundred Thirty (330) calendar days and finally complete the same Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. Insurance Required.Bonds.
