Description
Bid Package #01A Final Cleaning – 1st Floor and Bid Package #01B Final Cleaning – 2nd Floor. The Board of Commissioners, Franklin County, Ohio is seeking bids for Design Release #4C.3 for all labor and materials to construct the Franklin County Corrections Center following the specifications and procedures in the project manual. The commissioners have also tasked the project team with achieving LEED-Silver certification for the new facility. The building will encompass about 430,000 square feet of space, and the construction site is approximately 24 acres. All questions must be received in writing on or before June 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM. 117 days.
