Description
The construction of a 12,416sf, single story multipurpose facility and
includes site development, new on-site septic system, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm systems. This new community center will have gymnasium, fitness room, 2 multi-purpose rooms, an office, and receptionist area. This facility will be placed on the site of the former
Laurel Hill Community Center located at 14940 Church St, Laurel Hill, NC 28351. Construction includes structural slab on grad, metal siding, brick veneer, and steel stud interior walls. New pickleball courts to be included as an alternate. Shall fully complete all work hereunder as follows: 270 Days. Insurance Required.Bonds
