The scope of work for this project includes: Lead-based Paint Assessment (including: field work, reporting & XRF); Asbestos/800 LF removal; Demolish Structure including detached small laundry building; Underground Storage Tank Removal (including DHEC Fees Landscaping/hauling & grading, Landfill Fees [dumping fees] by the tonnage); Project management/building Spec.; Removal of all debris.
